All the chef demonstrations in the Chef’s Theatre are free to watch. There will be seated and standing spots allocated on a first come first serve basis. If you want to guarantee a seat, there is a limited number of VIP Chef’s Theatre tickets available to purchase in advance.

Eddie Thomson was head chef at Prawn on the Lawn in Padstow for five years before moving to its sister restaurant, Barnaby’s at the Vineyard, following its relocation to Trevibban Mill in 2023.

Since taking the helm there, he has led the kitchen to success, with Barnaby’s winning the Trencherman’s Best Restaurant award.
