We’re on the look-out for talented producers, makers and creatives to exhibit at Padstow Christmas Fayre 2025.
Applications are now open, and we’d love to hear from you. Please note that as a free-to-attend community led event, spaces will be prioritised for Padstow and Cornwall based businesses first, but we welcome all interested parties to get in touch.
A few things to note:
- You are applying to trade at Padstow Christmas Fayre for 4 days 4th – 7th of December 2025.
- Trading times vary by location, please take note of the trading times for the areas detailed on the application form*.
- Due to the high volume of applicants, preference is given to Cornish producers. To maintain a fair balance of participation, we retain the right to refuse applications. Either way, you will be notified whether or not your application has been approved.
- A ‘Registration Fee’ of £150 + VAT is due upon applying. This fee will be deducted from your invoice upon acceptance of your application. If we do not accept your application we will refund you in full. If you cancel your application this fee is non-refundable.
- Upon acceptance of your application, we will issue an invoice. 50% of the total is due within 7 days as a non-refundable deposit to secure your pitch. If we do not receive your deposit within 7 days, we are unable to hold your pitch and it may be sold to another trader.
- The remaining balance must be paid by the due date (usually 4 weeks before the event). Failure to pay on time can result in your pitch being resold and loss of your deposit.
