Ann’s Pasties is bringing a taste of their tradition to Padstow Christmas Fayre, by hosting a special workshop as part of the festival. Learn the authentic art of Cornish pasty-making, from preparing the classic ingredients to mastering the iconic crimping technique. The workshop offers a chance to engage directly with Cornwall’s culinary heritage and leave with the skills to recreate a true Cornish pasty at home.
Hosted by Fergus Muller — third-generation Cornish pasty-maker and owner of Ann’s Pasties, Ferg’s carrying forward his mum Ann’s heritage with passion and provenance. Raised on the rugged Cornish coast, Ferg is deeply rooted in his community, sourcing every ingredient from within a 10-mile radius. Beyond preserving tradition, he’s also on a mission to fight food poverty: he co-founded The Pasty Box to give back to local children and families.
