All the chef demonstrations in the Chef’s Theatre are free to watch. There will be seated and standing spots allocated on a first come first serve basis. If you want to guarantee a seat, there is a limited number of VIP Chef’s Theatre tickets available to purchase in advance.

Debbie is a wine expert, educator, and judge based in Cornwall, and the founder of Wild Wine School – a leading wine education provider in the UK, specialising in sustainability in wine and Agweres, a co-working and events space.
Her work brings together a love of nature, wine, food, and people, encouraging folk to discover how wine and food connect us to the land and to one another. An environmentalist at heart, she’s most content outdoors, preferably with a glass of Italian wine and something delicious to eat.
