Padstow christmas fayre

The Padstow Christmas Fayre is owned by Padstow Christmas Fayre, a not for profit community group.

Any Questions?

Padstow Christmas Fayre takes place in the heart of Padstow Town. The Chef’s Theatre, Market Hall and Community Tent can be found on the Padstow Harbour Commissioner Carpark, Riverside, Padstow PL28 8BY.

There is also lots of community events happening throughout the town – keep an eye on the Padstow Christmas Fayre fun map to see more information.

The event can be very busy, so we recommend you leave your furry friends at home.

Dogs are not permitted to enter the Chef’s Theatre or Market Hall marquee’s, with the only exception for registered guide dogs.

Our food traders have a huge selection of delicious food on offer, and our bars serve a fantastic selection of drinks.

You cannot bring your own alcohol or glass into the marquees.

Yes, children are very welcome and the whole event is family friendly.

Please note that some participating fringe venues may not always be suitable for children, so please refer to their individual websites for more information.

Due to the nature of the town and the number of people present the event may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The event takes place around Padstow Harbour which is downhill from all the carparking facilities so please plan accordingly.

More information is available here: padstowlive.com/disabled-facilities/

The main event takes place on hardstanding, and our stewards will be happy to assist you where possible.

We will have some limited seating reserved in the Chef’s Theatre marquee for attendees with accessibility requirements, allocated on a first come first serve basis – please make yourself known to the steward on the entrance to the tent if you require one. You may be asked to present a medical note or blue badge.

If you would like to guarantee seating in the Chef’s Theatre tickets for VIP seating is available https://padstow-christmas-fayre.eventcube.io

A locked accessible toilet will be available at the event medical facility in addition to the town’s existing facilities. Please speak to our onsite medical team if you would like to use it.

The event is free to attend, no ticket required.

The food & drink masterclasses are ticketed, and VIP tickets are available for the Chef’s Theatre if you would like to guarantee yourself a seat to watch the demonstrations (there is also free and first come first served access, but seating cannot be guaranteed).

There is a baby changing table within the accessible portable toilet unit, located near the event medical facility.

This is in addition to Padstow’s existing facilities.

We will have an area within the Market Hall with lots of picnic benches to enjoy any treats you have purchased in the warm and dry.

Swimming is prohibited in the harbour by the marine authorities for safety reasons.

Most of our traders and bars accept both card and cash – however the temporary WIFI network can be temperamental, so we do advise to bring some cash just in case.

During the festival there will be a box office/info point, this will hold any lost property. Have a look at the Padstow Christmas Fayre fun map to see the location.

Head to the box office/info point and our team will be happy to help. Have a look at the Padstow Christmas Fayre fun map to see the location.

Subject to availability you can purchase a ticket on the day via our website, but we would anticipate any ticketed events to be sold out in advance.
