Isabel (Izzy) Joselyne is the talented Head Chef at Prawn on the Lawn in Padstow, bringing creativity and precision to her seafood-led cooking. At just 26, she has already worked in some of the UK’s and world’s most respected kitchens, including Emily Scott Food, Rick Stein, The Scarlet Hotel, and Calypso Grill in Grand Cayman. Passionate about fresh, local ingredients and inspired by the Cornish coast, Izzy is fast gaining recognition as one of the region’s rising stars, recently shortlisted for Best Chef in the Trencherman Awards.

Isabel (Izzy) Joselyne, originally from Norwich, is an innovative Head Chef with over a decade of experience. With a strong focus on cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients—particularly fish and seafood—she has refined her skills in renowned establishments across the UK and internationally.

At only 26, Izzy leads the kitchen at Prawn on the Lawn in Padstow and has previously worked in prestigious venues such as Emily Scott Food and Calypso Grill in Grand Cayman, Rick Stein (Padstow and Australia), and The Scarlet Hotel in Cornwall.

She is recognised as a dynamic force in the kitchen which has most recently seen her shortlisted for Best Chef in this year’s Trencherman Awards.
