All the chef demonstrations in the Chef’s Theatre are free to watch. There will be seated and standing spots allocated on a first come first serve basis. If you want to guarantee a seat, there is a limited number of VIP Chef’s Theatre tickets available to purchase in advance.

Ben Prior, formerly of the award-winning Ben’s Cornish Kitchen, now leads the kitchens at Cornwall’s iconic Porthminster Beach Café and Porthminster Kitchen. Drawing on over 30 years of culinary tradition, he champions fresh, local ingredients from the coastal kitchen garden, St Ives harbour, and surrounding fields.
