All the chef demonstrations in the Chef’s Theatre are free to watch. There will be seated and standing spots allocated on a first come first serve basis. If you want to guarantee a seat, there is a limited number of VIP Chef’s Theatre tickets available to purchase in advance.

Eddie was previously Head Chef at Prawn on the Lawn before taking the helm at Barnaby’s, where he led the kitchen from strength to strength, culminating in winning the Trencherman’s Best Restaurant award. He has since stepped up to the role of Group Head Chef, overseeing the kitchens across the group alongside executive chef and owner Rick Toogood.
