All the chef demonstrations in the Chef’s Theatre are free to watch. There will be seated and standing spots allocated on a first come first serve basis. If you want to guarantee a seat, there is a limited number of VIP Chef’s Theatre tickets available to purchase in advance.

Paul Harwood, chef and owner of The Fish House on Fistral Beach, brings over a decade of experience from Rick Stein’s kitchens to his much-praised seafood restaurant. Known for dishes like Sri Lankan prawn curry, roasted scallops, and seasonal specials, Paul combines his love of cooking with his passion for surfing, creating a dining experience where exceptional food meets an unbeatable coastal setting.
Chef and owner Paul Harwood worked for 14 years at Rick Stein’s before setting up this much- praised fine dining restaurant in Cornwall.
He is as passionate about cooking stand-out seafood as he is about surfing, which could explain why he has chosen to open The Fish House directly on Fistral Beach.
Come for the food – Sri Lankan prawn curry, fritto misto, roasted half shell scallops and a nod to meat eaters and vegetarians too – and stay for the view and general ambiance. Be sure to book ahead, the restaurant is small, but its reputation is huge.
