Based between the South West and South Wales, Tom is the creative force behind Crave in Exeter—an award-winning concept celebrated for its vibrant, ingredient-led approach. He’s now preparing to launch an exciting new venture in Bristol while also serving as the resident chef at Chester’s Wine Merchants in his hometown of Abergavenny.
