Tony Duce has been lucky enough to be in the hospitality industry for thirty-five years; twenty-five of them in Cornwall.
Fuelling the passion for hospitality in the next generation of chefs. Tony also runs a private dining, events and wedding company called Duchy Hospitality. Specialising in fine food and service. Inspired by many of his peers and colleagues over the years, Tony is a chef who is passionate about local Cornish suppliers, understanding where produce comes from, seasonality, sustainability, the use of classic & modern cooking techniques.
