Join us for a magical evening, sure to bring a yuletide glow, as the town sparkles with creativity and community spirit for the Padstow Christmas Fayre Lantern Parade.
As dusk falls, the streets come alive with a glowing procession of hand-crafted lanterns from local schools – Padstow, St Issey, St Merryn and Trevisker.
From twinkling stars and glowing angels to whimsical winter scenes, the lanterns—carried by local children and families —create a festive river of light that winds through the heart of Padstow, soundtracked by the Padstow Merrymakers and you’ll even spot some very special North Pole guests taking part!
The parade starts at South Quay, then circles around the harbour and Market Strand before concluding at the bandstand on South Quay. Prizes will be awarded at approximately 6.45pm, followed by live music until just before 8pm.
